Which personal data do we process?

We only process personal data that you actively provide to us:

When booking: name, telephone number, email address, number of guests, date and time, and any dietary requirements or allergies
Through the contact form: name, email address, telephone number (optional), the subject of your question and your message
By email: all details you provide in your message
When paying in the restaurant: payment details, processed by our payment provider and not by us
Website statistics: anonymous visitor data, only if you accept analytical cookies

What do we use this data for?

We use your data solely for:

Processing your reservation
Answering questions received by form, email or telephone
Sending confirmations
Improving our service through anonymous statistics
Meeting legal obligations such as tax administration

We do not use your data for:

Direct marketing without your explicit consent
Sale to third parties
Profiling or automated decision making

How long do we keep your data?

We keep your data no longer than necessary:

Reservation details: up to 12 months after your visit
Contact form details: up to 12 months after the last contact
Email correspondence: up to 24 months
Accounting records: 7 years, as required by law
Website statistics: up to 26 months

We only share your data with parties that are necessary for our service:

Our reservation system, when you book a table online
Our hosting provider, for the operation of the website
Our accountant, for the legally required financial administration
Payment providers, for payments made in the restaurant

All of these parties are required to treat your data confidentially and may not use it for their own purposes.

Right of access, to ask which data we hold about you
Right to rectification, to have incorrect data corrected
Right to erasure, to ask us to delete your data
Right to restriction, to ask us to pause processing temporarily

Right to withdraw consent for processing you agreed to
