At Sage every moment of the day brings a different culinary experience. Until 17:00 you enjoy an atmospheric lunch with surprising dishes, fresh bowls, sushi and warm bites. Once the evening begins Sage turns into a fine dining experience where you share unlimited refined dishes and flavours from around the world, with no time limit.

At Sage we cook Asian food with a signature of our own. Our chefs travel through Asia, gather what they taste and translate it into dishes that make sense here and now: robata grilled fish and meat, steaming ramen, sharp ceviches and bites you keep remembering.
No plastic bonsai, no harsh lighting. Just pure flavour, velvet benches and gold on black.
